Saturdays in Motion at the Somerset Hills YMCA
Saturdays in Motion is a volunteer run program for autistic children and their families to come together for over an hour of fun and games. The program consists of use of the gymnastics equipment and the pool for the first and third Saturday of every month. It runs from November through March. You do not need to be a member of the YMCA to come. For more information, call Eileen Loughnane at (908) 630-3503.
S.T.A.R.S. Swimming at the Somerset Hills YMCA
Sharing Therapy and Realizing Self Strengths. This swimming class is for children with special needs (i.e. child has an IEP in place through the district). The classes are held at Fellowship Village. There is a one-to-one ratio of student to teacher. The fee varies depending if you are a YMCA member or not. For more information about this program please call (908) 630-3529.
