If you have questions, concerns, successes or general feedback you would like to share regarding special education and/or related services, please use this Parent Feedback Form

This form is designed to keep your SEPAC School Representative apprised of school specific situations, but also allows for patterns and more systemic issues to be identified by our Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC) and brought to the attention of the Special Services Dept, district administration and Board of Education members at SEPAC quarterly meetings. 

Collecting this information will ultimately further our advocacy efforts on behalf of our district's children.

Parents are always welcome to communicate anonymously, however by providing your name and contact information, we can reach out to further discuss your feedback! If you do share your name and/or other identifying information, we will never link you to specific data when sharing district-wide trends with SEPAC and district administration.

We encourage you to share! The more information and feedback we receive about each family’s experiences, the more effective SEPAC can be in creating change for your child and this district.
