This BT Connect meeting is an important opportunity for parents to learn about—and have a voice in—the district’s long-range plans for our school facilities.

WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED?
The district has identified 104 projects totaling an estimated $82 million over the next 10 years, with much of the work addressing essential building needs such as HVAC systems, roofs, boilers, elevators, health and safety, and energy efficiency.

District leaders will begin a community-wide conversation about project priorities, what additional needs families believe should be considered, and how this work could be funded over the next decade in a tax-neutral way.

WHY SHOULD PARENTS ATTEND?
Because this plan will help shape the buildings and learning environments our children experience for years to come—and the district is asking for community input while that plan is being developed.
