Parent Academy: My Student Just Turned 18. What Do I Need to Do?!

This informative program will provide families with an overview of important considerations when a loved one turns 18. Lisa will discuss DDD services, guardianship, transition planning, college programs, and how families can navigate these systems and access available support.

Lisa Ford is the Assistant Executive Director of The Arc of New Jersey Family Institute and has extensive experience helping families of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities navigate the transition into adulthood.
